How long does shipping usually take?
Express shipping usually takes 3-11 business days (excluding weekends & public holidays).*
Standard international shipping currently usually takes 5–28 business days (approx. 1–6 weeks, depending on region).*
Orders will be promptly processed and shipped out within 0-2 business days, excluding weekends and national holidays.
Shipments to China are limited to express shipping; this is to protect your order and ensure its delivery. Thank you for your understanding!
*Delivery times are estimates. International orders’ exact delivery dates are difficult to predict. International postal delays may occur in some countries due to COVID-19. Please contact your local post office for more information. During the holiday season (Nov–Jan), please allow extra time for delivery due to the increased traffic of international shipments. Some deliveries may take twice as long to arrive. If you require the order by a specific date, please opt for express shipping. Be aware that overseas shipping may be subject to customs delays – please contact your postal service for more information. For rural areas, please allow 1-2 additional weeks for delivery. We will do our best to accommodate, but we are not responsible for delays in shipping that are outside of our technical control.
Does my order come with tracking?
Every order is registered with a tracking number. Express shipments are guaranteed tracking. For standard shipping, available tracking may be dependent on the postal service of your country.
What shipping company will deliver my order?
Express orders are shipped via EMS.
All orders will be delivered by your local post office. (USPS, Royal Mail, Canada Post, etc.)
Do I need to sign for my package?
The shipping carrier decides whether a package requires a signature upon delivery. Please contact your carrier for more details.
Incorrect Shipping Address
A confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as the order is authorized. We begin preparing your order immediately upon verification. With this expedited time frame, it is difficult for us to change or cancel orders. Once an order has been processed and forwarded to shipping, we are unable to make changes.
However, if you notice an error upon submitting your order, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to support your request. Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for missing orders due to an incorrect shipping address given at checkout.
When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination. You are responsible with ensuring to comply with laws and regulations of the country of destination. Unfortunately, we cannot estimate what the charges may be since customs and taxation policies vary widely from country to country. For further details, please contact your local customs office or visit their official website. In some cases, customs clearance procedures are required; under these circumstances, delays may occur, which will affect our original delivery estimation time.
Before returning items to us, please read and follow the instructions below. Please make sure you understand our return policy and ensure that all criteria are met before physically sending any items back to us. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
Need to exchange sizes? No problem! Unused items* can be returned within 30 days of receipt. Just contact our awesome Customer Service team for return instructions and to confirm product availability.
Refund policy: We want you to love your purchase! Not 100% satisfied? We will offer a 100% refund on any unused item* returned within 30 days of delivery.
Returned products must be in brand-new condition with original packaging. If any accessory or the original item was lost during the process of returning, we will deduct the price of the lost item from any refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
*Pre-order items are made-to-order; order change requests may not be able to be accommodated. Clearance items are ineligible for return.
Quality issues: We will be responsible for an exchange or refund if there is any product quality issue within 30 days of the customer receiving the item. The product may first need to be returned to us, and upon going through our checking procedures, we will exchange the product or offer a refund.
