As a Marketing Manager, you are responsible for planning and conceptualising Twoset Apparel’s product launches in line with our brand direction. Working together with the marketing team, you will be required to plan advertising campaigns and oversee the end-to-end process of each campaign up to fulfillment.
You will be involved in:
Creating and articulating clear campaign briefs that are in line with the brand direction, taking into consideration fashion aesthetics and trends.
Developing metrics and tracking campaign effectiveness and implementing improvements where necessary.
Tracking and overseeing campaign timelines, ensuring deadlines are closely adhered to
Managing logistics required for each campaign, including venues, transportation, props, equipment and wardrobe needed
Recruiting, briefing and collaborating with stakeholders (eg: contract or freelance photographers, models or assistants) to work on campaigns
Managing financial budgets of each campaign including all logistics and manpower
The ideal candidate should have:
A sound understanding of music theory in order to incorporate it into each campaign concept
5 years digital marketing experience in SEA, Preference will be given to candidates with capabilities in content and social marketing
Experience in the e-commerce / fashion / retail industry would be a strong advantage
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Exceptional project management and communications skills are essential
Strong understanding of current marketing trends in the fashion industry
Proven ability to successfully manage multiple campaigns running at the same time
You will be responsible for contributing to the design strategy and direction for Twoset Apparel. You will be involved in ideating and executing design conceptualisation, providing strategic oversight of design projects, and ensuring alignment with the brand identity.
Develop a thorough understanding of the brand, our vision, and our target audience in order to deliver relevant creative solutions and experiences
Work with a team of designers to translate the creative direction throughout the product life cycle and make recommendations on fabric and fit
Coordinate with Sourcing Team to review product samples, determine appropriate sourcing direction and inventory planning
Ensure continuous product and process improvement with emphasis on developing products in accordance with the operating calendar
Able to articulate ideas, both written and spoken, to drive impact across the organization
Share business and design expertise and best practices
The ideal candidate should have:
Diploma/Degree in Fashion Design or related and/or demonstrated experience in design with a strong portfolio in apparel design/graphic design work
At least 3 years of experience in a fashion-related industry both in design and sourcing work
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
A good grasp of the Twoset Apparel brand and unique proposition
An understanding of music, preferably able to read sheet music
A creative visionary with a customer-centric approach to designs
Good communication and influencing skills to build trust and buy-in with internal and external stakeholders across functions and levels
Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to think out-of-the-box with solutions that are scalable, sustainable, yet most cost-efficient
