OFFICIAL RULES: The TwoSet Apparel "Relaunch Violin" Giveaway

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID IN ITALY, BRAZIL, QUEBEC, AND WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

1. SPONSOR

The Sponsor of this Promotion is TwoSet Apparel (or your registered company name), located at 9 Raffles Place, Republic Plaza #06-01, Singapore 048619 ("Sponsor").

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Promotion is open only to legal residents of Singapore, the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada (excluding Quebec), Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Hong Kong, and Taiwan (the "Territory") who are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence) at the time of entry.

Note to Minors: If you are under the age of 18, you may not enter this Promotion. However, your parent or legal guardian may enter on their own behalf. If they win, the Prize will be awarded to them.

Employees of Sponsor, and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, promotion and advertising agencies, and members of their immediate family are not eligible to enter or win.

3. PROMOTION PERIOD

The Promotion begins on 18 January 2026 at 00:00:01 Singapore Time ("SGT") and ends on 18 February 2026 at 23:59:59 SGT (the "Promotion Period"). Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device.

4. HOW TO ENTER

There are two (2) ways to enter:

Method A: Enter by Purchase (Trade Promotion) During the Promotion Period, visit https://www.twosetapparel.com and purchase any eligible merchandise. You will automatically receive ONE (1) Entry for every $1.00 USD (or local currency equivalent) spent on eligible products.

  • Calculation: Entry amounts are calculated based on the subtotal of the order (after discounts are applied, and before tax and shipping fees).

  • Example: A purchase of $50.00 USD earns 50 entries.

Method B: Enter by Mail (No Purchase Necessary / AMOE) To enter without making a purchase, on a plain 3"x5" card, legibly hand-print your Full Name, Complete Mailing Address (including Country), E-mail Address, Phone Number, and Date of Birth. Mail this card in an envelope with proper postage to:

  • Entry Value: Each valid mail-in request will receive TEN (10) entries.

  • Limits: There is no limit to the number of Mail-in entries you can submit, but each must be mailed in a separate stamped envelope.

  • Deadline: Mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than February 17, 2026, and must be received by the Sponsor no later than February 28, 2026.

5. RETURNS & DISQUALIFICATION

Entries earned via Method A (Purchase) are contingent upon the final sale of the product.

  • Voiding of Entries: If a participant returns any item(s) from their eligible purchase for a refund (in accordance with Sponsor’s Return Policy), the entries associated with those returned item(s) will be automatically voided and removed from the drawing pool.

  • Chargebacks: Any purchase that is subject to a credit card chargeback or dispute will result in immediate disqualification of all entries associated with that transaction.

  • Winner Verification: If a potential winner is selected based on a purchase entry, the Sponsor will verify that the order has not been returned or refunded prior to awarding the Prize.

6. PRIZES

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A restored violin, played and autographed by the founders of TwoSet Violin (Brett Yang and Eddy Chen).

  • Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $520.00 SGD (approx. $405.00 USD).

  • Actual value may vary based on market fluctuations. Winner will not receive the difference between actual and approximate retail value.

  • The Prize is awarded "AS IS" with no warranty or guarantee. The Prize is a restored vintage item intended for display or collection; playability is not guaranteed.

PRIZE FULFILLMENT: The Grand Prize will be shipped to the verified Winner approximately 6 weeks after the conclusion of the Promotion Period (on or about March 30, 2026). This delay is mandatory to allow for the completion of the 30-day return window for purchase entries and to verify the integrity of all entries.

7. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

On or about March 30, 2026, Sponsor will select one (1) potential winner in a random drawing from all eligible entries received.

  • Notification: The potential winner will be notified via email.

  • Requirement: The potential winner must respond within 48 HOURS. If they do not respond or are ineligible, the Prize is forfeited.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Promotion if fraud or technical failures impair the integrity of the Promotion. For Singapore Residents: This promotion is conducted as a "Trade Promotion" under the Gambling Control (Trade and Other Promotional Games and Lotteries – Class Licence) Order 2022.

9. PRIVACY & DATA USE

Information collected from Entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy 

  • Data Usage: By entering, you acknowledge that your personal information (name, address, email) will be used by Sponsor to administer the Giveaway, verify eligibility, and notify the winner.

  • Data Retention: Physical mail-in entries will be securely destroyed within 60 days after the winner is confirmed, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. DISPUTES

Except where prohibited, all disputes shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of Singapore under the laws of Singapore.
